This 3-week series will go deep, exploring Hip-Hop and all of it's aspects, including education on how it started to learning different grooves and trendy dance moves that have made it what it is today. We will learn new combinations each class, with choreography that will empower you, strengthen your mind-body connection, and help you feel free from the judgement of yourself and others. She is a dancer, choreographer and integrative health coach. Tiana discovered her natural talent and love for dance, and it quickly led her to choreograph and teach, creating fun and engaging routines that everyone can enjoy.
