Live Virtual Pilates Class

This 45-minute live class focuses on growing long, lean muscle, core strength, posture, and flexibility. Every exercise comes with modifications, so it's welcoming whether you're brand new to Pilates or have years of experience, but always expect a challenge. What you'll need: A mat, water, and enough space to stretch out. Light hand weights are optional. How to join: Your Zoom link will be sent to you 2 hours before the class begins. Cameras on is encouraged so I can offer form tips, but it's always optional. Why tester classes: I'm launching soon and want your feedback to help shape the studio. Everyone who attends a tester class will be added to an email list about future classes. By registering, you confirm you're healthy enough to participate in physical activity and will consult a doctor if you have any concerns.
