Release & Renew: An Autumnal Breath & Sound Ceremony

This experience is an invitation to soften — to step out of expectation, to set down what you’ve been carrying. When we allow ourselves to let go — to soften, to surrender, to release — we meet the parts of ourselves that have been waiting to be seen, held, and transformed. This journey invites you into the season of release, where letting go becomes renewal and what once felt heavy begins to nourish new growth. We begin with guided breathwork, led to help you unravel layers of stored emotion, tension, and energetic weight. Through conscious breathing, you’ll create space for what’s ready to fall away — making way for clarity, vitality, and peace. As you enter the integration phase, you’ll be immersed in the healing resonance of crystal singing bowls, played intuitively to anchor and integrate your transformation. The frequencies support cellular harmony, helping you root into stillness and find balance as the season turns inward. This experience is an invitation to: Release what no longer serves Find balance between holding on and letting go Reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom Please Bring: Yoga mat Blanket Pillow and/or bolster for comfort Water Eye Mask (optional) Journal (optional) Space is limited to 7 participants to preserve the intimacy and depth of this container.
