(Almost) Full Moon Yoga Hike in the Sonoran Desert at Sunset

Escape into desert magic—sunset hike, soulful yoga, full moon rise and photos among towering saguaros. A 2-hour journey you’ll never forget Full Moon Yoga Hike in the Sonoran Desert at Sunset Join us for a relaxing yoga hike in the beautiful Phoenix Parks Preserve! We'll briefly explore the scenic desert before we unwind with yoga as the sun dips lower in the sky. After a 45-60min yoga class, you'll be transported in Savasana with a light sound bath. As the colors change, the full Beaver moon* will rise in the sky and we'll have time available to capture photos in this beautiful environment before we continue hiking back to the start. This evening is the perfect way to connect with nature and find your zen. Date & Time: Monday, Nov. 23 - meet at 4:25 PM, start hiking at 4:30 PM Please note that the true full moon is the following night on 11/24/26 (I have another class offering available) but on this evening we will have 99.6% moon illumination to still enjoy the beautiful Beaver Moon Supplies needed: backpack (to be handsfree), headlamp + water. A yoga mat is also required - please let me know if you do not have your own.
