Respira: A Breathwork Class

A guided breathwork experience to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and make space for what you want to grow. Antes de sembrar, respira. Respira: A Breathwork Class is a guided breathwork experience hosted by Raíces Rotating Experience Club and led by Sandra Jones. As we approach the end of the year, this is an invitation to pause and check in with yourself. To reflect on what you've been carrying, what you're ready to release, and what you want to make room for in the season ahead. Through guided breathwork, we'll create space to step away from all the noise in our everyday lives and focus on yourself through intentional breathing, reflection, and stillness. This experience is inspired by the process of planting roots. Respira is the beginning of a journey toward intentional growth. Before we plant new seeds, we must first prepare the soil. Before we envision what we want to cultivate in our lives, we must give ourselves the space to listen, reflect, and reconnect. And don’t worry if this is your first time trying breathwork, we are all in this together. We invite you to show up as you are, wear comfy clothes, and be prepared to connect with your inner self. What to expect: A guided breathwork experience Time for personal reflection and reconnection A welcoming space to slow down and be present An opportunity to set intentions for the season ahead Leave with a little more space to grow. Antes de sembrar, respira. 🌱 Hosted by Raíces Rotating Experience Club, where we come together to reconnect with ourselves, our culture, and our community. Oh I tweaked the text for the ove
