Let Yourself Be Seen

A candid conversation about unlearning everything you were taught about your body, so you can finally love yourself in it. You didn’t come up with the way you see your body. Someone handed it to you. A comment at the dinner table. A magazine cover. A joke you laughed along with. A thousand ads you don’t even remember scrolling past. Now you’re the one who won’t stand in front of the mirror naked. Who reaches for the light switch before sex. Who skips the photo, the pool, the party, the yes, because your body feels like the thing holding you back. This workshop is where we take that apart. Together we’ll: • Dissect the language you’ve been fed about your body, and where it really came from • Look at how you’ve been unconsciously absorbing it. • Get honest about what is being passed down to the next generation • Start unlearning the patterns that keep you hiding This night isn’t only for women. Husbands, partners, dads, and parents will learn how to talk to and show up for the women and girls they love, so they feel seen instead of scrutinized. I’m going to challenge nearly everything you believe about your body. Some of it will be extremely uncomfortable and you will want to stay home. Come anyway.
