Rainbow Yoga and Meditation at the PPL, November 11th

Join Lu for an evening of yoga and movement at the Downtown Portland Public Library Join us for light movement with room for variations with a guided meditation at the end at the downtown Portland Public Library. Attendees will want to bring a mat, towel or blanket since this workshop will be at a community space rather than a studio. This workshop will be taught by Lu Suarez (@lukeisstill). This workshop is free with the help of the New England Grass Roots Grow Grant! Rainbow Arts Collective is now a 501(c)3 tax exempt nonprofit and we welcome donations to support future programming. Our programs have the focus of promoting queer and other marginalized teachers and fostering a safe environment for queer and allied attendees.
