Join us for a relaxing, multi-sensory experience on the farm featuring sound healing. fresh-pressed organic juice, & a farm stroll. We invite you to Frinklepod Farm for a magical moment of relaxation and nourishment! We'll start the morning upstairs in The Pod with a sound healing session led by sound and Reiki healer Rachel Rivera, a classically trained musician and opera singer. This hour-long, semi-private session will feature Rachel’s intuitively guided sound baths and sound meditations by playing crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, a Shruti box, and a variety of other instruments as she weaves her voice throughout the session, creating a “Surround Sound” experience. Afterwards, join us downstairs for a nourishing snack of two kinds of fresh-pressed juice made from organic fruits & veggies. Stick around to sip and chat, or take your juice outside for a solo stroll around the farm. What to bring: A blanket in case you get cold and a pillow or bolster for your head, and a yoga mat if you have one. A limited number of mats and a zero-gravity chairs will be available to use.
