This is a journey with the intention of settling the nervous system and bringing you back to yourself. A "Very Portland," event that not only gets you out of your comfort zone, but it can also have very profound effects on your body and spirit. This is something you may come back to as a piece of your wellness regime, or it may become your weekly time to have for yourself, a return to self, a reminder with rhythm. It's a pretty big deal if you let it. Bowls, breath, stillness. Leave lighter than when you arrived. New friends are warmly welcomed.
