Autumn Breathwork & Sound bath Ritual

our ritual will honor the sacred pause: a space where uncertainty, transition, growth, and unfinished experiences can be held with care. come as you are and enter the in-between. autumn reminds us that not every season asks us to bloom, decide, or move quickly. some seasons invite us to pause long enough to notice what is still settling, changing, and becoming within us. this guided autumn ritual explores the liminal space between what has been and what comes next. together, we will slow down and reflect on the question: what do I need to sit with before I move forward? through gentle embodied practices, and communal reflection over tea, you will be invited to notice what may be asking for your attention. not necessarily to fix, release, or understand, but simply to make room for. our ritual will honor the sacred pause: a space where uncertainty, transition, grief, growth, and unfinished experiences can be held with curiosity and care. you will then be guided through a visualization and gentle breathwork sequence. the gathering will close with the immersive vibrations of a sound bath, creating space for rest, nervous system settling, and deeper integration. join us for an evening of slowing down, listening inward, and allowing yourself to be in the in-between without rushing toward an answer.
