Overview Monthly men's group offering an opportunity to find and express your authentic masculine energy in community. Who: Open to all ages seeking an empowering community of men looking to deepen their connection to self and other. What: Join Men’s Embodiment Coach & Somatic Practicioner, Josh Foxen for an opportunity to find and express your authentic masculine energy in community. Together we will create and hold space to drop in somatically and connect to our internal landscapes, share vulnerably with a group of supportive men, and develop a sense of community as we navigate life's wins and challenges. What we’ll cover: • Mindful, Somatic, Self-Inquiry • Breathwork • Guided Meditation • Soundbath • Psilocybin Prep & Integration Support • Embodiment Practices • Dyad Work • Sharing in Community When: Every 2nd Monday of the month from 6:30- 8:00p Where: 8402 SE Clatsop, Portland, OR --> Street parking available What to bring: • You will be engaging in meditation/breath work so please bring a mat to lay on and any blankets/pillows to make yourself comfortable • Your Journal and writing utensil Cost: Free/Donation (suggested $10 - $25) ***NOTE: This workshop is created for people who identify as men, only. We welcome all ages, races, religions, and sexual orientations. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
