Nature's Invitation to Rest is a 75-minute immersive sound bath experience designed to help you slow down, release tension, quiet your mind, and settle into deep relaxation while reconnecting with the natural rhythms of the season. Your experience begins the moment you enter the studio. Gentle, soothing music welcomes you into a peaceful space, inviting you to begin leaving the busyness of the outside world behind. You'll be offered a seasonally inspired essential oil to enjoy during your experience, then given time to create your own cozy, comfortable space to rest. Once everyone is settled, we'll begin with a gentle toe-to-crown body awareness and tension release, inviting you to soften areas of the body that may be holding stress or tightness. From there, you'll be guided through a transportive, nature-inspired visualization, immersing you in the sights, sounds, and sensations of autumn while drawing your awareness deeper into your body and into a state of relaxation. As the visualization gently guides you into an immersive sound bath where layers of resonant tones and soothing vibrations of the Chinese Chau gong, 432hz crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, crystal pyramid, crystal harp, and various ethereal chimes surround you, encouraging your nervous system to settle, your thoughts to quiet, and your body to rest.
