Root & Resonance, a sensory journey of yoga, free movement, breathwork, and healing sound in the beautiful setting of a winery A Yoga, Movement & Sound Experience Ground into your body & move with freedom. Our second Root & Resonance is an immersive gathering that brings together yoga, music-led movement, breathwork, and sound healing in the beautiful surroundings of a winery. This is an invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life and into the wisdom of your own body. We’ll begin by grounding through an hour of yoga, connecting breath with movement and creating space in the body, no yoga experience needed. From there, we’ll let the music guide us into a more intuitive, expressive experience, an opportunity to move freely, follow what feels good, and let the body speak without needing to get anything right. We will ned the evening with guided breathwork & soothing sound bowls. You’ll have space to integrate, receive, and simply be. OUR JOURNEY TOGETHER Root | Yoga Ground into the body through an intentional yoga practice that blends breath, movement, and mindful awareness. Resonate | Music & Free Movement Let the music move through you. Explore intuitive movement, shake things out, stretch, sway, dance, or simply feel. No choreography or dance experience needed, just permission to be yourself. Breathe | Guided Breathwork Slow down and turn inward with a guided breathing practice to support relaxation and help you transition from movement into stillness. Restore | Sound Bath Rest comfortably as the resonant tones of sound bowls create space for deep relaxation, reflection, and integration. WHO IS THIS FOR? This experience is for anyone who wants to feel more at home in their body. You do not need to be an experienced yogi or dancer. Come with curiosity, wear something comfortable, and give yourself permission to experience movement in your own way.
