Salt & Soul Mixers

Monthly ocean-themed evenings of real conversation and fresh perspective with two certified coaches, building toward a 2027 retreat. About Salt & Soul Mixers Salt & Soul Mixers are monthly themed gatherings that bring people together around good conversation, a little bit of fun, and a fresh perspective on what matters most to them. Each evening follows its own ocean-inspired theme and works as a standalone experience, so you are welcome to join us for one mixer or for the whole series. Over the coming year, the mixers build on one another like a series of tides, each one carrying guests a little further along, and the journey leads to a Salt & Soul retreat in October 2027. Details on the retreat will be shared as plans come together, and every mixer along the way is a chance to get to know us and the community before then. Salt & Soul is hosted by Cassy and MarySue, two certified coaches who bring their training and experience to every evening, creating a space that feels thoughtful and well guided while still leaving plenty of room for laughter and genuine conversation. About This Month’s Mixer: Tending Shore Tending Shore is an evening for getting clear on the part of your life you most want to give your attention to right now, and for remembering why it matters to you in the first place. Through guided conversation and a few well-chosen moments throughout the night, you will have the space to name your focus and leave with something meaningful to carry with you into the season ahead. No prior mixer is needed to join us. We invite you to bring yourself, and a friend if you would like.
