Chakra Tune-Up: Beaver Full Moon

Get ready to balance your energy and vibe with the magic of the Beaver Full Moon. As the November Beaver Full Moon illuminates the night sky, you’re invited to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with your mind, body, and spirit. Traditionally associated with preparation, protection, and creating a sense of security before winter, the Beaver Moon offers a beautiful opportunity to reflect on what you’ve built, release what no longer serves you, and restore balance within. Join us at Nurture for a nurturing evening of intention setting, guided meditation, breathwork, chakra alignment, and a deeply relaxing sound bath. Together, we’ll journey through the seven chakras, bringing awareness to areas that may feel blocked or out of balance while inviting fresh energy, grounding, and inner harmony. Allow the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments to quiet your mind, soften your body, and create space for clarity, peace, and renewal. ✨ Come as you are. Leave feeling grounded, balanced, and replenished. Please bring: A yoga mat, pillow and/or blanket, and water so you can settle in comfortably. 📍 Nurture Holistic Wellness | East Greenwich, RI 🕕 Tuesday, November 24th at 6:00 PM Space is limited.
