Full Moon Meditation & Reiki

Join an in-person gathering for full moon meditation and Reiki. Join Dr. C and Reiki practitioner Haylee at Moonstone for an evening of Full Moon Meditation & Reiki. With the holidays approaching, give yourself an hour to slow down, take a breath, and check in with yourself. Dr. C will guide you through a meditation focused on reflection and letting go, while Haylee offers Reiki to those who wish to receive. We’ll use the full moon as a time to consider what we’re ready to release and what we want to make room for. Come as you are, whether you’ve joined us before or this is your first experience with meditation or Reiki. You don’t need to know how to quiet your mind or do anything perfectly, we’ll guide you through it. Wear comfortable clothing and bring anything that helps you settle in, such as a favorite blanket, pillow, or journal.
