Shamanic Sound Bath: End-of-Year Clearing

Join us 12/11 for a shamanic sound bath and journey: drumming, healing frequencies, and a deep clearing of all we carried through the year. As the year comes to a close, we gather to set down what we've carried. December asks us to release, to empty out, and to make room for what is still to come. Join us for a special end-of-year clearing sound bath and shamanic journey. Through intentional sound frequencies, rhythmic drumming, and intuitive guidance, you'll be invited to release the patterns, griefs, and heavy things of the past year, and to step into the new one lighter. Winter is the season of turning inward. In the quiet of these darker days, sound becomes medicine - drum, bowl, and voice carrying you into deep rest, where the soul remembers its song and is ready to begin again. No experience needed. Come as you are, and bring what helps you rest. What to Bring: • A yoga mat or blanket to lie on • A pillow or cushion • A journal, if you'd like to write afterward • A crystal or small sacred item, if you have one • An open heart and a receptive mind Friday, December 11 - 6:30-7:45 PM. Doors open at 6:15 PM. Free parking on site. About Danielle: Danielle is an intuitive healer rooted in the Shamanic (Native American and Peruvian) technique.
