Join us for a joyful Parent & Me Yoga Class designed for parents, grandparents, or guardians and their little ones of any age.🪿🐑🦙🐥🐓 This class isn't about perfect poses—it’s about connection, playful movement, and shared smiles in a relaxed, open-air setting. Together, we’ll flow through easy, fun yoga poses right alongside our friendly farm animal friends! • Note durring class animals will be next to us behind the fence What’s Included: 🧘 Playful Yoga & Mindfulness: A gentle, all-levels flow packed with fun partner poses, gentle stretches, and kid-friendly breathing exercises. 🐑 Meet, Pet & Feed the Animals: Arrive a bit early and/or stick around after class to hand-feed and pet our lovable farm animals. 📸 Selfie Time: Capture the sweetness! Take adorable photos and selfies with your child and your new furry (and feathered) friends. 💛 Quality Bonding: A wonderful way to encourage healthy movement, mindfulness, and a love for nature and animals in a warm, welcoming environment. Class Details: Who Can Join: Parents, guardians, grandparents, and children of all ages (no prior yoga experience needed!). • Ticket includes entrance for one parent/guardian and one child & bag of feed • Sip & Browse: Grab a handcrafted drink and find your next great read right at the farm! We’re thrilled to welcome a cozy mobile coffee shop and bookstore van to all of our events starting this August. Be sure to arrive a little early or stick around after class to refuel and unwind.
