Join us at Snowpine Lodge for 60 minutes of deep rest, mindful movement, and sound with Rachel You’ll be guided through 30 minutes of restorative yoga for all levels, using supportive props like bolsters, blankets, blocks, and straps to encourage gentle movement, relaxation, and body awareness. We’ll then settle into a 30 minute sound bath featuring soothing sounds and vibrations designed to help quiet the mind and support a relaxed nervous-system state. No yoga or sound bath experience is necessary. Mats and props are provided—just bring yourself and anything else that helps you feel extra cozy (blanket, journal etc). Venmo $35 to @rachcookie to secure your space. xx
