Release & Receive

A calm, cozy in-person sound bath and energy renewal experience to reconnect with yourself. Release & Receive is a calm, cozy, in-person gathering for the local community. A Sound Bath & Energy Renewal Experience Spend an afternoon reconnecting with yourself through sound, exploring and reconciling emotional blocks, and creating space for renewed energy, greater awareness, and a deeper sense of inner connection. When you release what no longer serves you and welcome what lifts and nourishes you, you make space for peace, clarity, and connection. Take time to come back to yourself, remember your worth, and explore what becomes possible when you feel more whole. What to Bring • For the sound bath: A yoga mat or something to lie on, a pillow, and a blanket. • For the emotional intelligence/Energy Work: A notepad and pen. Facilitators The sound bath is presented by Aubrey Erickson, and EQ/energy work is presented by Cheryl Love. Other facilitators may be present. Children aged 16 and older are welcome.
