Fall Wander and Breathwork in the Wasatch Mountains near Brighton Estates Join us for a rejuvenating in-person event as we embark on a short hike through a stunning Aspen grove shimmering with vibrant fall colors. We will land in a peaceful meadow to experience an hour-long somatic breathwork session, connecting deeply with the energy of Fall. This is a sacred time to express and release what has been hidden within, shedding what no longer serves you or holds you back.
