Rise and Resonate: Live and Recorded Music Meditation (Saturday Reset Pt 1)

Live instruments and curated conscious music blend to gently reset your body and mind. A soulful start to your Saturday, with Doug Rise and Resonate is a gentle Saturday morning reset, blending live instruments with curated conscious music to ease your body and mind into stillness. Led by Doug, this session invites you to arrive as you are — whether you're moving through breathwork, resting in quiet reflection, or simply letting the sound wash over you. This class is part of Saturday Reset, a morning pairing of two donation-based offerings from Soul Sync Music & Meditation. Start your weekend on a note of renewal — arrive for one session or stay for both. Rise and Resonate runs 10:00–11:00 AM, followed by Deep Reset: Guided Meditation and Sound Bath from 11:30 AM–12:30 PM. Please note we’ll be on a concrete floor for both events. We have plenty of yoga mats, blankets, and eye masks for everyone, along with a limited supply of extra cushions — but we’d love for you to bring your own supplies to make a cozy little nest. Soft, fuzzy blankets, pillows, padded mats, air mattresses, reclining lawn chairs, or anything else that will help you feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible during the events. 💛 This is a donation-based event.
