Breathwork, Reiki, and sound at Synchronicities Sandy. Inner Child series with Davina and Christine. Limited spots. $44 - Pay at the event Inner Child Series: The Room You Locked | Breathwork, Reiki & Sound Every one of us has a door we stopped opening. It wasn't a decision exactly. Something happened, you were young, and closing it was the smartest thing available to you at the time. So you shut it, and you got on with things, and you learned to walk a slightly different route through your own house so you wouldn't have to pass it. That route became your personality. That route became the way you love people, the way you work, the way you go quiet when it matters most. This evening we walk back down that hallway. Breath will carry you down through the house of the body until you're standing in front of the door. We knock. We unlock it. We cross the threshold. And then we sit down on the floor with the one who has been in there the whole time, waiting to see if anyone would ever come back. You get to walk out together, and the door stays open behind you. How the night runs I'll guide you through a SOMA Breathwork journey, rhythmic music guided breath that moves you into a deep, natural altered state where this kind of work becomes possible. Christine offers Reiki as you breathe, so you're being met on more than one level at once. We end with a sound bath. The arc of the session follows the arc of the story. Knocking. Unlocking. Crossing. Sitting. Leaving together. What to expect Emotional release, nervous system regulation, and contact with a part of yourself you may not have spoken to in decades. Tears are welcome here. So is laughter, shaking, silence, and whatever else arrives. Nothing is asked of you except that you keep breathing. No experience needed. If this is your first breathwork session, this is a good room to start in. About the series The Room You Locked opens the Inner Child Series. Come for this night alone if that's what feels right. Nothing further is required of you to be here.
