We're making this evening a little more special by inviting guests to arrive early, explore the beautiful property, enjoy the outdoor patio, and treat themselves to a handcrafted mocktail before settling in for an immersive sound bath. Surrounded by the warm glow of candles, you'll get comfortable, close your eyes, and enjoy a full hour of immersive sound with crystal singing bowls, gong, rainsticks, chimes + more. We'll begin with gentle guided breathing and grounding to help you settle in, followed by a restorative sound bath where there's absolutely nothing you need to do. If you've been feeling overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, or like you're constantly moving from one responsibility to the next, this is an opportunity to give yourself a break. To let your shoulders relax, quiet some of the mental chatter, and enjoy an hour where nobody needs anything from you. You might leave feeling lighter, calmer, more rested, or simply grateful that you made time for yourself. Everyone experiences sound baths differently, but the intention is to create a comfortable space where you can relax without having to think about what comes next. No experience necessary. Beginning at 5:00 PM, you're welcome to arrive, explore the beautiful outdoor spaces, spend some time on the patio, and enjoy a handcrafted mocktail available for purchase. Whether you're coming with a friend, planning a little midweek date night, or treating yourself to a solo evening out, we encourage you to come early and enjoy the atmosphere before we transition into relaxation. 🍹 Mocktail Menu Three handcrafted, alcohol-free mocktails will be available for purchase before the ceremony: Lavender Haze — Lychee, lemon, lavender syrup + club soda, garnished with a dehydrated lemon wheel. Cucumber Serenity — Fresh cucumber, mint, lemon, agave + club soda. Golden Hour — Pineapple, lemon, lemongrass syrup + ginger beer. Mocktails are optional, sold separately, and available for purchase by card only. Arrival + Parking We encourage you to arrive early and enjoy the venue! The property will be accessible beginning at 5:00 PM, with mocktails available for purchase before the ceremony. If you're joining us just for the sound bath, please arrive by 6:45 PM to get settled before we begin promptly at 7:00 PM. Merrimon-Wynne is located in downtown Raleigh, and there is no designated event parking area. Please plan ahead to find nearby parking and allow yourself extra time to walk to the venue so you can arrive without feeling rushed. All experience levels are welcome! 💜
