Sound Healing Meditation If you're seeking a soft place to land post-holiday, or a respite as the nights grow longer, we invite you to a guided meditative sound healing led by Emily Barnhill, a certified Sound Healing Practitioner. Bring a mat if you have one and get ready to be "bathed" in sound frequencies and vibrations for a deeply restorative session. Registration is required.
