Honey is the perfect medium for preserving medicinal plants, and an herbal infused honey can be used in tea, in your cooking or just eaten straight from the jar. You will be introduced to herbs that support the immune system, those that help with hormone balance, as well as ones that alleviate stress and boost mood. After learning about the properties of various plants, you will make your own custom botanical infused honey to take home with the herbs that best align with your health goals. Sound Bath Experience: Marie Jackson is a certified sound healer who helps clients experience peace, relaxation, and a deeper connection to the natural vibrations of the earth. Through soothing vibrations, the sympathetic and parasympathetic systems come into balance, prompting the body to come into healthy alignment. Wearing loose layers is recommended, as body temperature may fluctuate during the session.
