The Sound Reset

The Sound Reset is a 45-minute restorative sound meditation designed to help you slow down, reset, and return to the present moment. The Sound Reset Step away from the noise and give yourself 45 minutes to simply slow down. Each month, The Sound Reset explores a different focus through a restorative sound meditation designed to support your nervous system and create space to pause, breathe, and be present. No experience is necessary. Just bring whatever helps you get comfortable—a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or anything else that helps you settle in. Come on your own or bring someone you'd like to share the experience with. Whether you leave feeling deeply rested, lighter, or simply a little more present, this is an opportunity to set the day down and give yourself a moment to reset. Monthly Focus: • August- Presence • September- Make Space • October- Release • November- Gather • December- Stillness
