Beyond the Baby Bump: Caring for Your Emotional Wellbeing

THIS WORKSHOP WILL FOCUS ON EMOTIONAL WELLBEING BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER HAVING A BABY! ALL PREGNANT MOTHERS/BIRTHING PERSONS who register and attend will receive at least one big ticket item like a stroller or pack n play, plus other amazing baby essentials. ALL PARENTING MOTHERS/BIRTHING PERSONS (who have a child 1 years old or less) who register and attend will receive at least one big ticket item like a stroller or pack n play, plus other amazing baby essentials.
