About this event
Looking to get outside to connect with nature and yourself? Join me on the trail! What to Expect: We'll explore around parts of Trott and Durand Lakes. We will hike, stop along the trail for breath work, meditation, and finish with a vinyasa flow in the grass. Be sure to bring your phone for photos! Check-in will begin at 1:15pm and we will promptly begin at 1:30pm.

Parking/Where to Meet Up: End of Log Cabin Rd, near Magnolia Shelter. What to Bring: Yoga mat (or towel/blanket) and carrier, water, bug spray, comfortable layered clothing/shoes appropriate for hiking/walking. (Keep weather/temperature in mind!) Restrooms on site.
