Kimaya Diggs (western MA) on tour with local support from Rochester band Lilydale (first show!) and Cammy Enaharo Kimaya Diggs is , a musician, songwriter, poet, producer, and world-builder from Western Massachusetts. On tour supporting her new album, Green, set for release in October. Newly off supporting dates with Mavis Staples, Emily King, Trombone Shorty, and Tank & the Bangas, she enters this album with a clearer sense of her own authority: as a vocalist, as a storyteller, and, for the first time in such a complete way, as the lead producer directing the shape of the record. Cammy Enaharo is a singer-songwriter from Rochester, NY whose songs move through self doubt and daily reflection to reveal her hopeful spirit. She paints, creates displays with flowers she’s preserved, and records music in various styles including indie-folk and pop. Lilydale is a new Rochester band playing their first show. With Dana Osterling Benoit (Milo, Shrill Pill, Civic) on piano, guitar, and vocals, Jono Benoit (Milo, Worldpurge) on drums, Kate Rogers (Bad Bloom) on bass and vocals, and Justin Pulver (Forevers) on electric guitar, Lilydale is for fans of Mazzy Star and overgrown backyards.
