Beer Yoga at Rising Storm - The Mill Join us for the Beer Yoga at Rising Storm Brewing Company - The Mill location! Certified yoga instructor, Melissa Silva, will lead you through a series of beginner-friendly yoga poses (drink in hand), taking sip-breaks along the way, in this fun and laid back class. No prior yoga experience necessary. Your ticket includes a beverage of your choice to enjoy during or after class. Rising Storm offers beer, wine, cider, seltzer, soda, and other tasty beverages , so there is something for everyone. Please bring a mat or towel to practice on. This class will take place upstairs and inside. The Rising Storm Brewing Company is located at the historic Daisy Flour Mill.
