Come share the vibe. Donation based yoga in West Irondequoit. Farmhouse on 1 acre for amazing setting. Join us for a unique power vinyasa flow journey linking your breath with your movement. Blocks are provided. Bring a mat and water bottle. Fresh ice cold filtered well water is available to fill your water bottle. Donation includes coffee/tea after morning classes and a beverage after noon/night classes. Suggested donation is 10$, but pay what you can, everyone is welcome. There will be a donation box at class. Vibrant studio with lots of glass outlooking country setting with deer, birds, fox, and other wildlife. There is surrounding farmland and an adjacent forested property. Get your day moving on a positive path with a well balanced work out where you can get some head space. Give it a try, you may find a new beggining in your journey towards a balanced vibrant life. I am a 200 hr certified yoga instructor having experience at studios in Sacramento CA and Rochester NY.
