Join us at Moksa on Sunday 11/22/26 at 12:30 pm for a curated cheese pairing hosted by Alexander Chase. This is a 21 and older event. OverviewAlexander Chase will host a guided pairing of 6 cheeses and 6 beers. Alex is a local cheese expert that specializes in pairing events! Also known as The Friendly Fromager, Alex has been running beer and cheese events in the Sacramento area for nearly two years. Partnering with local breweries, Alex highlights the complimentary and contrasting experiences of the pairings while highlighting the grassroots nature of the NorCal beer scene.
