We will make not one, not two but three cheeses in this class! The "Italian Trifecta" of Ricotta, Mozzarella & Parmesan all in one class! The "Italian Trifecta" of Ricotta, Mozzarella & Parmesan all in one class - too much fun! This is a great class for the beginning cheesemaker all the way to the cheesemaker with some experience because you learn how to make a fresh cheese, a stretched cheese and an aged cheese. One of our most popular classes, it will fill up fast! You will take home a ball of mozzarella, some fresh ricotta, and about an 8oz wheel of Parmesan - all made by you in this class! Class fee $70 P lease park on Lone Leaf Drive at Shady Leaf Way. Thank you.
