R&R: REST-A Women's Wellness Experience

A restorative wellness experience for women to pause, recharge and reconnect through self-care, wellness, and meaningful conversations. It’s okay to rest. Join Dreams Unlimited Foundation for our 3rd annual R&R: REST, a restorative wellness experience created for women to pause, recharge, reconnect, and prioritize their well-being. This year’s experience is centered on restoration, resilience, and connection. REST is more than our theme: What REST Means R — REASSURE: It’s okay to slow down. E — EMPOWER: Give yourself permission to rest. S — SUPPORT: Your peace, your mind, your body. T — TAKE TIME: Rest is essential. You deserve it. Throughout the day, you can expect a thoughtfully curated mix of wellness, self-care, and connection, including: • Mindful movement and stretching • Guided breathwork, meditation, and relaxation • Journaling and reflection • Conversations centered on mental and emotional well-being • Interactive wellness and self-care experiences • Opportunities to connect with wellness professionals and resources • Nourishing food and beverages This is your opportunity to slow down, try something new, connect with other women, and take away practices and resources you can continue using beyond the day. Come comfortable, come open, and come ready to REST. The exact location will be provided to registered attendees approximately one week before the event.
