Return to the Earth- Let the Earth hold you.

Return to the Earth is a grounding cacao and breathwork ceremony centered around surrender, receiving, and reconnecting with the body. We spend so much of our lives holding our responsibilities, emotions, expectations, relationships, and the things we cannot control inside the body. This ceremony creates a space to step outside of that constant effort and remember that we don’t have to hold everything ourselves. The ceremony begins with cacao, inviting participants to slow down, become present, and practice receiving. From there, the experience moves into grounding and conscious breathwork, using the breath as a pathway into deeper body awareness. You will be held in a sacred circle. No previous experience needed. 🍫 ARRIVE - Create Sacred Circle & Prepare for the Cacao Slow down, breath & connect with the Cacao. Set an intention. 🌱 ROOT — Meet the Earth Feel the body, connect with the earth. 🫀 OPEN — Meet the heart Drink the cacao intentionally. Bring awareness toward warmth, connection, gratitude, and presence. 🫁 BREATHE — Let yourself be held Move into the breathwork journey. 🌊 RELEASE — Soften what you’re carrying Not “you need to release trauma.” Instead, create space for whatever naturally wants to move. 🌎 SURRENDER — Let the Earth hold you Let the body soften into the ground to release to recieve. 🌅 RETURN — Come home Gentle movement, reflection, integration, closing ceremony. Please bring an open heart, yoga mat, water, cozy blanket, light sweater. Crystals are welcome. Feel free to bring an item for the alter. You can choose an item you would like to have blessed or as an offering for the alter such as flowers or fruit. Contact Sam for more info 210-589-3031 [email protected]
