The Quiet Minds Club: Sound Bath, Breath Work & Reiki

A mini breath work, sound bath and reiki experience. As the seasons shift and fall invites us to slow down, turn inward, and release what we no longer need, we’re creating space to reconnect with ourselves and each other. This donation-based community offering will guide you through gentle breathwork, a restorative sound bath immersion, and the grounding energy of Reiki. Each practice offers its own way to pause, soften, and reconnect. (See the questions below for more details about each practice.) Surrounded by the natural beauty of the Japanese Tea Gardens, we invite you to step away from the pace of everyday life, take a deep breath, and welcome the changing season with intention. This is a donation-based event, with a suggested minimum donation of $25 for those who are able. If you’re in a position to give more, your generosity is always welcome and deeply appreciated. As part of the Bexar Collective Co-Op, your contributions directly support our practitioners and their families while helping us continue bringing accessible wellness experiences into our community. Together, we’re working to make wellness something we can all participate in—not something limited by economic barriers.
