SCULPT In The Garden 🌿 Join us for a beautiful bodyweight sculpt experience surrounded by the Japanese Tea Garden. This class is all about intentional movement, controlled strength, and creating that deep connection between your body and breath. We’ll move through a full-body sequence designed to strengthen and sculpt using nothing but your own bodyweight. No equipment. No pressure. Just movement, music, and the garden around you.
