Soufflés 201: Next-Level Results

Pick up expert-level tips and techniques to take your soufflés to the next level. Hands-on. You’ll work in small teams during class. Age Restrictions For ages 13 & up Description You fall for them every time, but they won’t fall for you ever again…it’s not magic, it’s soufflé! We’ll take the mystery and anxiety out of soufflés as we show you how to take them to the next level, every time. We’ll give you a refresher on the proper classic soufflé techniques, and through hands-on instruction, you’ll know exactly how long to beat your egg whites, how to properly fold them in, and what visual cues to look at every step as you make them. You’ll also learn how to incorporate different flavors into sweet and savory soufflé. By the end of class you’ll get to dig into all the light, airy soufflés you’ve created. You will be working in a small group. For ages 13 and up. Attendees not yet 17 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Each attendee must purchase a ticket. 21 or older? You’ll enjoy a glass of wine paired with your meal.
