A pumpkin smashing and self-love workshop designed to help you reflect, release what no longer serves you & reconnect with yourself. Join me for my first solo-hosted workshop! 🎃💥 Last fall, I took myself on a pumpkin smashing solo date because I was carrying a lot that I knew I needed to release. I felt so free and liberated after smashing that pumpkin to oblivion, and I want to create a safe space for other girlies to join me and experience that feeling too. So, I present to you: Untethered. A guided self-love & pumpkin smashing workshop centered around letting go of what’s no longer serving you so you can reconnect with yourself in a healthier way.
