So once a month, I gather four women in a private, cozy space for a gentle morning of breathwork. It’s a reset for your body, like a warm hug. We don’t start with your breath. We start with feeling safe and comfortable. Then I guide you into a gentle breathwork practice and let the power of your breath work magic, so you leave lighter and more like you again. There’s no sharing required and nothing to explain or analyze. You can just breathe and rest. (And if anger shows up, it’s welcome here too.) If you’re a little nervous, that’s normal.
