Full moons can intensify our emotions and energy, and sound healing supports balance and clarity during these times. Full moons can intensify our emotions and energy, and sound healing supports balance and clarity during these times. Since our bodies are about 60% water, they are influenced by the moon's gravitational pull, similar to ocean tides, which can affect our mood and energy. Combining sound healing with this natural connection helps promote healing and harmony. It's a meditative experience where participants are immersed in soothing sounds created by various instruments such as crystal bowls, gongs, and drums. These vibrations promote relaxation, stress relief, and a sense of inner peace, making it a perfect way to unwind, reconnect, and reset the nervous system.
