Returning Home: An Elemental Journey for BIPOC Folks - A Daylong Wellness Retreat

WHAT IF YOU DIDN'T HAVE TO ENTER ANOTHER YEAR DEPLETED? Before you step into 2027, give yourself a day to slow down, exhale, and listen to what your body has been asking for. Returning Home is an immersive wellness retreat—a day to release, restore, and return to yourself. Together, we’ll create space to slow down, listen inward, and let go of what you no longer need to carry. Through nervous-system practices, Reiki, QiGong, sound bath, reflection, nourishment, rest, and community, you’ll explore what you’re ready to leave behind and what you want to make room for in the year ahead. Come as you are. Leave with more space for rest, energy, connection, and possibility. Please bring a yoga mat, comfortable blanket, journal, and warm socks to wear. We ask that you leave your shoes at the door. Please arrive 15- 20 minutes early to settle into the space and get a light breakfast snack. Light breakfast and full lunch will be provided.
