Crystal singing bowls are crafted primarily from high-purity quartz. Quartz is the same mineral found in nature and is also used in watches, electronics, and medical technology because of its ability to hold, amplify, and transmit energy through vibration. When played, crystal bowls produce sustained sound frequencies and harmonic vibrations that can be heard, and also felt throughout the body. Because the human body is made up largely of water, many people believe these vibrations help create a deep sense of relaxation, energetic balance and sometimes healing. From a wellness perspective, sound baths may help shift the nervous system out of stress mode (“fight or flight”) and into a calmer parasympathetic state (“rest and restore”). Slow, repetitive tones can support: • Reduced stress and anxiety • Slower heart rate and deeper breathing • Mental clarity and improved focus • Emotional release and nervous system regulation • Better sleep and physical relaxation Bio: Lydia has been practicing crystal sound healing since 2022, combining the vibrational tones of crystal singing bowls with Reiki energy healing and intuitive vocal harmonics. She has traveled to Mexico, Costa Rica, and Morocco to share her healing work through immersive sound bath experiences.
