Rooted in Soul Meditation Journey

An immersive experience for the person who has let the busyness of life take over. Return home to your truest self. Rooted in Soul October 22nd is for the person who has it all together on the outside but is silently struggling on the inside. You've been working the hours nonstop, checking the boxes, and staying consistent for months on end — and something still feels off. Like you're chasing something you can't quite name. If this sounds like you, we welcome you to Rooted in Soul, hosted by @soulofcoles - where we explore the idea of why it is we can be doing all the right things but still feel wrong. What's included: • Cacao ceremony + opening circle • Pre-meditation message — where the "something's off" feeling comes from • Guided meditation experience WITH sound bowl healing • Journal session / reflection time • Community time This is an opportunity to put it all down for one night and come back to yourself. No meditation experience needed. Just come as you are. What to bring: a journal, a pen, and a mat or cushion to sit on. Comfy clothes recommended <3
