This month's Sound Bath Reflection explores the art of noticing through gratitude and abundance—not as having more, but as recognizing the good that is already present in our lives. You'll be guided through a gentle meditation accompanied by the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and chimes. This is an opportunity to step away from everyday demands, settle in, and simply receive. There is nothing you need to accomplish or figure out. Simply arrive, get comfortable, and allow yourself to pause. You may leave feeling a little calmer, more rested, or more connected to the moments and people that matter to you. There is no right way to experience a sound bath; this is simply time for yourself. A few things to know ✨ No experience needed. ✨ Mats are provided, but they are thin and the floors are wood. Please bring an extra mat or blanket for added cushioning. ✨ Dress comfortably and bring a blanket and any support you prefer for your head or knees. ✨ Please contact Tiffany directly if you need specific accommodations. ✨ Arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in.
