About PEAS At PEAS, we believe learning grows best outdoors and hands-on! A nonproift based in Austin, Texas, PEAS cultivates joyful connections with the natural world through outdoor learning and edible education. Through outdoor classrooms and pop-up kitchen lessons in 25 elementary schools across Austin, students explore science, health, and sustainability while building confidence, life skills and a deeper connection to food and the natural world. Through our programs, students enhance their academic knowledge, develop valuable life skills, and gain a deeper appreciation for diverse perspectives. Together, we can cultivate curiosity, inspire collaboration, and create a thriving community of lifelong learners!
