A 6.5-hrs class series to redefine your aging process for a joyful experience with clairvoyant meditation and immersive sound journey. This is a series of two classes in redesigning your gastrointestinal (GI) system. Your journey will be guided to open your clairvoyance through meditation with your curiosity and strength to create a new path. Along the way, you will be lead to use your power with the support nurturing sound. We will visit your GI system from where food enters your body to where it exits. Some organs that plays a majoy role in digestion will also be attended. You will gain skills to reset your GI function status and elevate your experience for rest of your life. Your will do it with fun activities like movements with crystals, art work, journaling and sharing with the class to bring your vision into reality. Class agenda & curriculum: 10:00 am - Opening Mediation (Tingshas) 10:45 am - Mouth Esophagus activity (small gong and throat chakra bowls) 11:15 - 11:30 am - break 11:30am - 12:00 pm - Stomach & small intestines activity (dark gong) 12:00 pm - Spleen and Pancreas (chimes, and bowls) 12:30 - 12:45 pm - Beginning of lunch: mindful eating session. 12:45 - 1:45pm - lunch break 1:45 pm - large intestines / colon (low drowning gong) 2:15 pm - kidney and liver (xylophone) 2:45 - 3:00pm - break 3:00 - 3:45 pm - Sound bath 3:45 - 4:00pm - Break 4:00 - 4:30 pm - questions and wrap Who: Anyone who is sensitive to energy and interested in having physical experience to be in alignment with spiritual beingness. Class size: up to 12 people Class Experience: 1. Guided meditation to become aware of the current status of your GI function status. 2. Acknowledge your awareness via movement, journaling and art work, then share it with your peers. 3. Guided meditation to update your GI function status. 4. Bring awareness to bodily reality by journaling and art work, then share it with in class. 5. Your whole journey will be well supported by the Gong and multiple healing sounds along the way. In class: Explore an awakening and playful journey with guided experiences by Jing and music by Marie. These experiences are designed for your spirit and body integration through visualization, art work & writing, verbal sharing with your peers. After class: Relax, stay well hydrated. Facilitators Jing is a Registered dietitian, Non-denominational Minister, Clairvoyant healer and Meditation teacher rooted in helping people connect with the deeper truths already living within them.
