❂ IN-PERSON - Soulful Sundays: Holiday Sound Bath + Breathwork Intentions

Let's get together IRL for some soulful Sunday sessions... Ease into the holiday season with breath, intention, and a whole lotta good vibrations. ✨🎄 Barry Raccio will guide you through a mindful reset to slow down, find your center, and make space for peace and gratitude amid the holiday hustle. Through gentle breathwork, affirmations, and a powerful sound journey featuring crystal bowls, brass bowls, and the symphonic gong, you’ll be invited to release what no longer serves you and reconnect with the magic of the season.
