The high desert of Agua Dulce is beautiful but can be chilly once the sun dips! 🧥 What to Wear: The Layering Strategy • Wear something comfortable and breathable for the labyrinth walk (leggings, soft joggers, or a flowing skirt). A cozy sweater or sweatshirt. Outer Layer: A warm jacket or coat for the sound bath—you’ll be lying still, and your body temperature will naturally drop. Feet: Comfortable walking shoes we will be walking on dirt aroound the property you can take them off on the wood platform and grass turf during circle and sound bath and socks suggessted to keep your toes warm during the sound healing. 🧘 For the Sound Bath: Your "Nest" • Yoga Mat: A cushioned base for the earth. • Blankets - Bring one to lie on for extra padding and one to cover yourself with. • Pillows Available. You can use our seat cushions from the circle or bring a small head pillow or for under your knees to support your lower back. • Eye Mask: (optional) To help you turn your focus fully inward (a soft scarf works too!). • Picnic Chair/Lounger - For those that can't be on the ground we have 2 lounger spots available on the wood platform or feel free to bring a fold out picnic or hammock chair you can setup on the grass area to be comfy. 📓 Optional • Journal & Pen: To capture insights of the evening or spend some time during mix and mingle finding a spot to journal with the moon. • NO REFUNDS (Please note we have a strict no refunds policy due to limited spots available for these events ).
